Rosemary Garlic Bread
This soft, golden rosemary garlic bread from deesviral is aromatic, fluffy on the inside, and perfectly crusty on the outside. It is simple to make and pairs beautifully with soups, salads, or pasta.
Ingredients:
• 3½ cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp instant yeast
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1½ tsp salt
• 1½ cups warm water
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil, then mix until a soft dough forms. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Gently knead in the garlic and rosemary. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size. Shape into a round loaf and place on a baking tray. Let rest 15 minutes. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30–35 minutes, until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
