Creamy Lemon Cake (Quick Preparation)

🛒 Ingredients
3 eggs
120 g sugar
100 g melted butter
1 lemon (juice + zest)
100 ml milk
80 g flour
1 sachet baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Icing sugar (for finishing)
👩🍳 Preparation (super easy)
Preheat the oven to 170°C (325°F).
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Fold in the flour, baking powder, and salt.
👉 Mix just until combined (do not overmix).
Pour into a greased and floured pan.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Let cool slightly, unmold, then dust with powdered sugar.
