Grilled Salmon Avocado Egg Salad

Ingredients:

  • Grilled salmon fillet
  • Sliced avocado
  • Boiled eggs (sliced)
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Cucumber slices
  • Lettuce or spinach
  • Grated cheese (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil

Method:

  • Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then grill it in a hot pan with olive oil.
  • Arrange lettuce, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes in a bowl.
  • Add boiled eggs and avocado slices.
  • Place the grilled salmon on top.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Done
