Oven Baked Chicken Wings Don’t LOSE this Recipe!
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
1 tablespoon baking powder (for extra crispiness)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This helps them get crispy.
In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper if using. Sprinkle with baking powder and toss again to coat evenly.
Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack, making sure they are not touching.
Bake for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from oven and let wings rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or blue cheese.
