Ingredients:
• 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled & sliced
• ½ cup butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp nutmeg
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ¼ cup water or orange juice (optional)
👉 Heat oven to 350°F. Layer sliced sweet potatoes in a baking dish. Melt butter with brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth, then stir in vanilla and optional orange juice. Pour over potatoes, cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 25–30 minutes until tender and glazed.
