Monster Cookie Balls
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups old-fashioned oats
¾ cup peanut butter
½ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup mini chocolate chips
½ cup mini M&M’s
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips and mini M&M’s.
Use a cookie scoop or your hands to form small bite-sized balls.
Place the energy bites on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
