This Hershey Bar Cake is to die for! I’ve actually forgotten to put the pudding in, and it was still good.
Hershey Bar Cake
Ingredients:
1 box chocolate cake mix (Swiss, etc.)
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 cup oil
3 eggs
8 ounce cream cheese
12 ounce Cool Whip
1/2 cup sugar
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 giant Hershey’s with Almonds bar, grated/shaved (6.8 ounce)
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Mix first 6 ingredients on low till blended. Then, mix on medium for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake 15-20 minutes (for 3 pans) or till toothpick comes out clean. Turn cakes out on surface, and let cool.
ICING
Mix softened cream cheese with sugars. Add cool Whip. Then, add remaining ingredients.
