Ingredients
2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
½ cup cooked bacon, finely chopped
¼ cup green onions, sliced
1 small can (4 oz) diced green chiles, drained
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika (or chili powder for more kick)
½ tsp black pepper
Optional: pinch of cayenne for heat
For the coating
¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional but great)
2 tbsp extra bacon bits
1 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions
