Fluffy Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
¼ tsp salt
1 ¼ cups milk
1 egg
3 tbsp melted butter (plus more for cooking)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
Cook pancakes: Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly butter it.
Pour & cook: Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Serve: Stack them up and serve warm with butter, syrup, fruits, or toppings of choice.
