When to Drink Water to Take Better Care of Your Body 💧
1️⃣ Right after you wake up 🌅
Drink 1–2 glasses to “turn on” your body after sleep. That first sip really feels like restarting a phone 😅
2️⃣ Before meals 🍽️
A glass of water can help prep your stomach and support digestion (especially if you eat fast like most of us).
3️⃣ Before a shower 🚿
Sounds random, but it can help your body feel more balanced and refreshed.
4️⃣ Before bed 🌙
A small glass is enough. Don’t overdo it unless you enjoy waking up at 3AM to run to the bathroom 😭
The most common mistake is remembering water only when you’re already super thirsty… and by then your body is basically yelling “too late!” 😬
