When to Drink Water to Take Better Care of Your Body 
Drink 1–2 glasses to “turn on” your body after sleep. That first sip really feels like restarting a phone 
A glass of water can help prep your stomach and support digestion (especially if you eat fast like most of us).
Sounds random, but it can help your body feel more balanced and refreshed.
A small glass is enough. Don’t overdo it unless you enjoy waking up at 3AM to run to the bathroom 
The most common mistake is remembering water only when you’re already super thirsty… and by then your body is basically yelling “too late!”
