Why: Processed corn loses nutrients and adds unhealthy sugars/fats. Fresh corn provides fiber and antioxidants.
2. Honey
Wrong Way: Adding to hot tea or boiling liquids.
Right Way: Add to warm (not boiling) tea or after tea has cooled slightly.
Why: High heat can destroy beneficial enzymes and nutrients in raw honey, diminishing its health properties.
3. Cucumber
Wrong Way: Eating large amounts at night.
Right Way: Enjoy during the day, especially in the morning or afternoon.
Why: Cucumbers are cooling and diuretic. Eating them at night might lead to frequent urination or discomfort for some.
4. Watermelon
Wrong Way: Eating large amounts at night.
Right Way: Consume during the day.
Why: High water and natural sugar content can lead to nighttime urination or elevated blood sugar before sleep.
