Classic Tiramisu
Ingredients
* Ladyfingers
* Mascarpone Cheese
* Egg Yolks – 3
* Sugar – ½ cup
* Espresso (cooled) – 1 cup
* Cocoa Powder
Method
1. Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and creamy.
2. Add mascarpone cheese and mix until smooth.
3. Dip ladyfingers quickly in espresso.
4. Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers in a dish.
5. Spread mascarpone cream over it.
6. Repeat layers.
7. Dust cocoa powder on top.
8. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
Chocolate Tiramisu
Ingredients
* Ladyfingers
* Mascarpone Cheese
* Cocoa Powder – 2 tbsp
* Chocolate Ganache – ½ cup
* Espresso – 1 cup
* Sugar – ½ cup
Method
1. Mix mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth.
2. Add cocoa powder and chocolate ganache.
3. Dip ladyfingers in espresso.
4. Layer ladyfingers and chocolate cream.
5. Finish with cocoa powder.
6. Chill 4–6 hours.
Strawberry Tiramisu
Ingredients
* Ladyfingers
* Mascarpone Cheese
* Fresh Strawberries (sliced)
* Strawberry Sauce – ½ cup
* Sugar – ½ cup
* Whipped Cream – 1 cup
Method
1. Combine mascarpone, sugar, and whipped cream.
2. Dip ladyfingers lightly in strawberry sauce.
3. Layer ladyfingers, cream, and strawberries.
4. Repeat layers.
5. Chill 3–4 hours.
Coffee Tiramisu
Ingredients
* Ladyfingers
* Mascarpone Cheese
* Espresso – 1 cup
* Coffee Liqueur (optional) – 2 tbsp
* Sugar – ½ cup
* Cocoa Powder
Method
1. Mix mascarpone and sugar.
2. Combine espresso and coffee liqueur.
3. Dip ladyfingers into coffee.
4. Layer with cream.
5. Dust cocoa powder on top.
6. Refrigerate 4 hours.
Oreo Tiramisu
Ingredients
* Oreo Cookies (crushed)
* Mascarpone Cheese
* Heavy Cream – 1 cup
* Sugar – ½ cup
* Espresso – ½ cup
Method
1. Whip heavy cream and sugar until fluffy.
2. Fold in mascarpone.
3. Dip crushed Oreos lightly in espresso.
4. Layer Oreos and cream.
5. Chill 3–4 hours.
Lotus Biscoff Tiramisu
Ingredients
* Lotus Biscoff Cookies
* Mascarpone Cheese
* Biscoff Spread – ½ cup
* Coffee – 1 cup
* Sugar – ½ cup
Method
1. Mix mascarpone and sugar.
2. Add Biscoff spread and blend well.
3. Dip Biscoff cookies in coffee.
4. Layer cookies and cream.
5. Refrigerate 4 hours.
