CHEESY ROTINI WITH GARLIC BUTTER BEEF
Ingredients:
12 oz rotini pasta
1 lb ground beef
3 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sauté Garlic and Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes until the beef is browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Create the Cheesy Sauce: Lower the heat to medium-low and stir in the heavy cream. Gradually add the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until all the cheese is melted and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the cooked rotini to the skillet and toss thoroughly until every spiral is coated in the rich, cheesy garlic butter sauce and the beef is evenly distributed.
Garnish and Serve: Transfer to serving plates, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve immediately while hot and gooey.
