The Base: 200g of Crushed Chocolate Biscuits (or leftover chocolate cake).
The Silk: 250g Mascarpone or Cream Cheese (softened).
The Fluff: 200ml Cold Whipping Cream + 3 tbsp Powdered Sugar.
The Flavor: 1 tsp Vanilla extract or a splash of espresso for a deeper taste.
The Topping (The “Grabber”): 1 bar of melted milk chocolate + a sprinkle of sea salt or crushed hazelnuts.
Preparation Steps
The Foundation: Place 2 tablespoons of crushed biscuits at the bottom of each glass. Press down slightly.
The Cream: In a bowl, whip the cold cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, whisk the mascarpone and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone.
