​100g High-quality dark chocolate (60% cocoa or more)
​50g Unsalted butter
​2 Large eggs
​2 tbsp Sugar
​1 tbsp All-purpose flour
​A pinch of Sea salt (to balance the sweetness)

​Prep: Preheat your oven to 200°C. Grease two small ramekins with butter and a dusting of cocoa powder.
​Melt: Melt the chocolate and butter together (microwave or double boiler) until silky smooth.
​Whisk: In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until slightly pale and fluffy.
​Combine: Gently fold the melted chocolate into the egg mixture. Sift in the flour and salt, then stir until just combined (don’t overmix!).
​Bake: Pour the batter into the ramekins and bake for 10–12 minutes. The edges should be firm, but the center should still look a bit “wobbly.”
