🌋 The “Liquid Gold” Chocolate Lava Cake: A 15-Minute Miracle!
🛒 Ingredients
100g High-quality dark chocolate (60% cocoa or more)
50g Unsalted butter
2 Large eggs
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp All-purpose flour
A pinch of Sea salt (to balance the sweetness)

Prep: Preheat your oven to 200°C. Grease two small ramekins with butter and a dusting of cocoa powder.
Melt: Melt the chocolate and butter together (microwave or double boiler) until silky smooth.
Whisk: In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until slightly pale and fluffy.
Combine: Gently fold the melted chocolate into the egg mixture. Sift in the flour and salt, then stir until just combined (don’t overmix!).
Bake: Pour the batter into the ramekins and bake for 10–12 minutes. The edges should be firm, but the center should still look a bit “wobbly.”
The Reveal: Let it cool for 1 minute, then carefully flip it onto a plate.
