Grinch Oreo Balls are festive treats that combine the classic, crumbly Oreo cookies with a creamy center, dipped in a vibrant Grinch-green coating. Perfect for holiday gatherings, these playful and cheerful sweets bring a touch of whimsy to your dessert table.
Ingredients
1 (14.3-ounce) package Oreo cookies
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
12 ounces white chocolate or white candy melts
Green food coloring
Optional: Red heart sprinkles for decoration (to make them extra “Grinchy”)
Instructions
Crush the Oreos: Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs. No food processor? Put them in a large zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin.
Combine with Cream Cheese: Add the softened cream cheese to the crumbs and mix until well combined and a dough-like texture forms.
Roll Into Balls: Scoop out small portions (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll into smooth balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
